IRC Freedom will not tolerate abuse!
Like every other network this network was founded to get away from abusive oper's with the hopes of creating the perfect home.  We give you the user control over your own channel.  Our Oper's will only get involved in your channel if the disputes in your channel spread to others.

To Repost abuse please do this:
Tell the Channel Founder, if he or she is the abuser then find an ircop and let them know, and again if one of them is the abuser look for a different non bias oper to help you.  Also in all case's you must e-mail abuse@xboxbins.com along with offending user, channel, server, time and date, and any logs if possible.

Please allow up to 3 days from when  initially reported
All abuse reports are taken very seriously.  Our Abuse team is made up of users who will not let anyone know they are on the abuse team and they may or may not be IRCops.  They will investigate each abuse report to determine the validity of each report before action is taken.

Please do not involve Joeronimoe into an abuse report.  If an abuse report gets to Joeronimoe the founder of IRC Freedom or if you try to PM Joeronimoe with an abuse report, you will be g-lined and perm banned.  The Abuse Team is in place for a reason so use them.

Anonymous reporting

The IRC Freedom Team will do everything in their power to keep your name out of any dispute.  Although in some case's it may be necessary to include you into the reporting and reason for the action to be taken.

 

If you enter a channel!

If you enter into a channel and the topic clearly states WAR or TESTING or abuse or etc and you get abused, then your abuse report will be dismissed.  Some channels policies clearly state no Guest nicks or no xdcc list or spamming, so if you break any channel rules your abuse report will be ignored.  If you continue to break the channel rules then you will be reported for abuse!.
